  1. Can Advanced Promotional Products supply me with almost any type of apparel, garment, or promotional product?
    Of course. If you do not see it on our website then send us an email with as much detail as possible and we’ll do our very best to locate it for you.
     
  2. What is the least expensive t-shirt available for screen printing?
    A white, 100% cotton, 5.5 oz. with a one color imprint printed at one location. Our minimum is 12 pieces of the same design. Here’s an example: 10,000 shirts would only be $1.84 each.
     
  3. What affects the price of the garments?
    When you choose to embroider it is by the number of stitches. When you choose screen printing it is determined by the quality of the garments, quantity, amount of colors, and amount of locations.
     
  4. Can I combine different colors and styles of garments for my order?
    You may combine any number of styles and/or colors to make the quantity price break. Example: You may choose 12 regular t-shirts, 12 polo shirts, 12 tank tops, and 12 sweat shirts and receive the 48 piece price for all of the garments as long as they all have the same exact print, color(s), and location of .
     
  5. What are your item quantity price breaks?
    12 - 23 24 - 47 48 - 71 72 - 143 144 - 299
    300 - 599 600 - 1,199   1,200 - 2,999   3,000 - 5,999  6,000 - 11,999

    Quantities over 11,999 is possible,  just let us know when you request a quote.
     

  6. Do you offer color matching?
    Yes, for a nominal fee. All we need is a color sample from you.

     
  7. What is the minimum amount for my order?
    12 pieces of the same exact design (color & location) for screen printing and 1 piece for embroidery.
     
  8. What is the turn-around time for my order?
    Normally it is 10 business days but it does vary depending on the type of work required. Rush service is available for an additional fee.
     
  9. Is your work guaranteed?
    Yes! We must have everything approved, in writing, by you, before we print or embroider anything.
     
  10. What are your office hours?
    Monday thru Friday 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM (Pacific time) An appointment is required outside those hours..
     
  11. What forms of payment do you accept?
    We accept personal and business checks, Visa, Master Card, and Cash.
     
  12. What shipping options are available for me?
    We normally use UPS shipping. If you prefer another shipping service just specify and we will try to accommodate you.
